About Us
Stone Branch Art Program is dedicated to expanding the artistic vision and reach of teen and adult students. Our studio provides a nurturing inclusive environment where students build skills and make the connections that bring more meaning to their lives.
Located within the Compass Art Center in Kensington, Maryland, our studio offers students a chance to interact with working artists in their studios as well view regular curated and juried exhibitions in the galleries The galleries at the Compass Art Center regularly feature work by student artists. At Stone Branch Art Program, excellence, integrity, inclusion, engagement, and service are the fundamental tenets of our commitment to our students.
Portfolio Program for High Schoolers
Many students considering a creative career wait too late to build a quality portfolio for college admission.
